Brands are built by humans.
No matter how much we try to humanize a brand, we have to remember to stand for the people that make it possible.
At Postclick, we’ve taken several bold stances on issues that matter to our globally-diverse employee base. Not only have we strived to rally our team members around these causes and morale-boosters internally, but we have also found it encourages other brands to hold themselves to higher standards.
These posts, however, also have to be handled delicately. That’s why I was selected to write these major announcement posts. While my creativity gives me the ability to write compelling copy, my unique background in PR is my secret weapon; it’s given me a maturity to understand the myriad of ways a message might be interpreted, so I can craft a story that doesn’t get lost in translation.
