As someone who’s spent significant time learning what copy carries a great user experience forward, this feedback was music to my ears.
But more importantly, it illustrates how I view copy for any digital platform—as an experience. The beauty of writing copy for digital narratives is that all pieces of copy work together to move the lead through the sales funnel. When writers try to say everything in the brief in every field, it works against the platform and the creative feels redundant.
The results speak for themselves. My ads have consistently performed the highest between myself and my counterparts (and that’s saying something, because I consider them to be incredibly talented).
